Accepting help and learning more about yourself is not always easy, but Steph makes it comfortable and judgement free. She supported my mother and I through some wounds that hadn’t been healed in decades with grace, patience, humor (when appropriate) and never once left my mother and I feeling vulnerable without a safety net. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was and I am forever grateful to work with such a caring and understanding coach!
Stephanie makes relationship coaching comfortable, educational and life changing!! She is highly educated in multiple fields, so the take away is not like traditional talk therapy.
As a black woman, it is so refreshing to be in a safe space with someone who I can relate with. Budget friendly, Woman owned, Black owned, LGBTQ friendly… like what else could you ask for?

I’ve been receiving coaching from Ms. Stephanie for a couple of years and I can confidently say that each time our sessions end, I leave equipped with a fresh perspective about how I move in all of my relationships, especially my relationship to myself.
